I question the sanity of any person that for an entire week out of every month the rest of the world has to engage that person with kid gloves or they lose their shit......again, not all of them, but that is the social precedent set in EVERY society to date.

I don’t buy it. I think that most women are probably not built for high leadership or politics but neither are most men.
Men and women have strengths and weaknesses, that doesn’t mean we ought to coddle our colleagues.
Men and women have synergy at home they can have synergy professionally as well.
