Did it require the pandemic? Maybe but they are pretty open about how there will be more “pandemics” in the future, so even if that was a requirement it’s probably not one that they’re incapable of fulfilling.
There’s also the Democrat’s belief that if they get enough minorities in, they can rule through an anti-white scapegoating coalition. If this actually works it would surely cause a variety of other serious problems. If they actually won legitimately solely by having an anti-white voter coalition, bad things would follow.
