I was not able to find the full video anymore. I did luckily save a copy, but have not uploaded it anywhere. If you cannot find it and are still interested, I will look into uploading it to a new throwaway account somewhere, because it is clearly upsetting to the ruling tribe since they deliberately left out what he said.
On a Side though, I did find another video of him (Di Dongsheng) explaining what the deep state is that is probably the best I've heard and the way I would have put it myself and is also the precise reason why we do not need term limits for politicians but be do need term limits for bureaucrats, e.g., no more than 10 years of doing any kind of work for government as bureaucrat or contractor all your life.
