They took it down.

Just like about 10-15 years ago, Lou Dobbs had a video of lawyers in Silicon Valley teaching a course called "how NOT to hire an American", about getting around Visa Laws. Like advertise in a Laotian Newspaper for an IT Job, knowing English Speakers don't read it. BOOM! Advertising requirement for job position satisfied with little risk of qualified applicant seeing it.
