Right now, the Proud Boys would do well to leave Antifa to burn down the cities and work to defund police departments. After all, the police are not on our side right now, and neither are the cities. Getting in the middle of a fight between two of our enemies is not smart.

Yes, that's kind of the point. The goal for us is to position the right - who overwhelmingly have more guns - as the replacement. The police are beholden to a structure which actively works against us. Regardless of whether individual police officers are good or not, they are in a job where they must act in accordance with orders from the government.
If police are defunded, then the cities will fall to BLM and Antifa, sure. But rural areas will generally do fine with much less protection than a city - a right-wing organization dedicated to simple community defense would win huge amounts of support. Militias would not be "revolutionary" forces in such a scenario, but rather "essential defensive" forces for some rural areas. This would be a huge win for the right.
I think your optimism on this point is naive. Remember, Bidet is just a puppet, installed by OWG. The plan is to erase decent neighborhoods, not just the middle class. Build projects in them. I don't think that will work in rural areas, but lots of suburbs are ripe for being targeted. As are some semi-rural areas.

There simply aren't enough Muslims to replace Police in most of the Country. Likewise antifa. blm has more. Any of these are far more likely to become the new cops than what you're describing, under the current tyranny. Popular opinion is either dismissed as irrelevant, or hunted down like criminals.
Seeing UN blue helmets fill the role would be one of the last signs that our Republic is gone, not one of the first. UN employees are everywhere on domestic soil, and they don't wear blue helmets.
