They don't even believe they're "the good guys" any longer... they openly worship Satan, murder babies, participate in human sacrifice, stir racial hatred, rig elections, lie, cheat, steal, brag about it, etc., etc.

They know they're pure evil and they are fine with that. Their purpose is simply to gain wealth and power over others, to enslave the human race with themselves as overlords. It's the disposition of evil to try to destroy all that is good in the world.
