A constitutional amendment also requires that the proposed amendment be published in 2 newspapers (IIRC) per county - although it may be acceptable for this to be online now, I'm not a lawyer - and then a vote by the public as to whether or not to approve the proposed amendment
I sincerely hope you are wrong, but I am expecting the SCOTUS to disappoint as usual.
Why would Mitch approved judges all of sudden turn maga?
There is still a slim chance that conservative leaning judges will side with the constitution, which sides with MAGA.
Simply put, it's factual to say multiple states broke the law by changing election laws without approval from state legislatures.
To my understanding, only a state legislature can constitutionally change election laws.
But in many cases, the state surpassed the legislature, and had Governors and others change rules, regulations, and laws.
How was this possible? I'm not sure exactly, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume it's due to the nationwide signed emergency declarations.
Before the new age emergency declaration system was signed into law by Congress, a state would instead have declared Martial Law.
States used to declare Martial Law during public health scares, riots, times of war or unrest, natural disasters, ect.
Since the more modern emergency declarations have existed Martial law hasn't been used.
They are quite similar, in the fact that an emergency declaration allows a Governor to overstep their authority.
In other words, Corona was used as a tool by the globalists powers to change what they wanted to worldwide.
Showed us that no country is truly free, aside from those who openly defy the globalists.
Those who defied the corona lockdowns 100% obviously have an independence we don't have in USA any more.
