There is no way for them to overturn the amendment in the Senate, as 8 democrats voted for it. Both the Senate and the House have only passed the resolutions, they now have to pass the detailed budget items. It's a very complex process with a lot of limitations.

Democrats will by no means have a good shot at including junk like $15 minimum wage since Joe Manchin and other dems have said they would not vote for that. A lot of midwest dems are already getting an earful due to Keystone pipeline and all the other garbage, expect folks like Tester, Manchin, Sinema, and others to put a big halt to the loony left putting M4A and other crap in there.
