Find a black owned salon that won't jack up your nails and brows.
Good luck with that. In my state 90% of nail salons are Asian owned and those that aren't are owned by white people. The only black owned salons I know of are those that do black girl hair-weaves and stuff.
They're asian owned because there's money to be made, but it's a hard 10 hour day, and the blacks don't tip. If you have a "we wuz kangz" entitled mentality you will quit your first day, never mind actually getting good at the craft.
