Then it looks almost like he shot the woman in the head and she still was moving around. The other neighbor just walks around asking if the guy is ok but just ignores the woman that was just shot at point-blank. What's most interesting of all is that there is no muzzle flash at all coming from the guns even though it looks like it's cold as hell out there and it should be very visible.
Ok, so you're going to tell me that there's a delay of about 6 seconds from the time the sound of the first gunshot is fired to the time the guy runs off yelling, "Call the Cops!" That is a very massive delay between audio and video. Even though it's not the movies the woman was shot point-blank at least twice. He might have missed a few times because it looks like she slapped his hand out of the way, but she still managed to sit up and yell. I don't expect her to be dead but I don't expect her to be moving around that much either.

Shit doesn’t go down like it does in the movies. Headshots aren’t instant kills. Muzzle flash doesn’t necessarily get picked up by a camera.
