Can the feds get a subpoena for "location based" records. You would think that the feds would need to be requesting for an individual and with probable cause as opposed to..."show me all of the people who purchased hotels on 1/5 in Capitol". I'm truly asking that question because I don't know the answer, but it seems like an overreach, given that people who weren't at the event are getting pulled into an investigation based on a broad net of data request and compliance by the Bank. Just my thoughts...I could be way off base.
Bank of America has always been a POS bank. Who would even bank there. Stick to a small town bank.
I mean if the feds subpoena the records, they don't need consent.
I'd also be 0% surprised if thr disclosures you sign when you sign up for service state that this is allowed even without a formal subpoena.

No idea, though it'd be a lot more straightforward to just ask the hotels for that info.
