Why would China hack from China? Certainly they are more sophisticated than that.
Whoever captured the alleged spreadsheet proof would have to have state level capabilities. Capturing packets all over the internet and sifting through them and even capturing what's inside the packet such and the number of votes changed? This can't be done by a couple of white hat hackers.

Yes I also think this. The MAC address does not make sense. Why they all would be generated on both sides, and how to you get access to a MAC address ? They are normally only available on the local network. Normal network protocols does not transmit them over the internet.
