A while back, there was a discussion of how to choose the best My Pillow (medium or firm) for your sleeping style, but now I can't find it. Any recommendations from My Pillow users (who actually followed the directions that came with the pillow)?

Yeah, you're supposed to put it in the dryer on the hottest setting first, or something like that. Otherwise, it's a lumpy mess when you try to use it.
I washed ours before use, because they had a 'factory' smell. They are hands down the best pillows we have ever had.
