A while back, there was a discussion of how to choose the best My Pillow (medium or firm) for your sleeping style, but now I can't find it. Any recommendations from My Pillow users (who actually followed the directions that came with the pillow)?

This is the same chart from My Pillow, plus it gives a description of body size and pillow fill: https://snoringhq.com/anti-snoring-devices/pillows/mypillow-color-codes-color-right/

Thanks! Apparently there's only white (medium) and green (firm) now. But the body size and sleeping position stuff is still helpful.

I have a white, Hubs has a green. I like the flatter white to sleep on my stomach, but have been known to swipe his pillow to sleep on my side. I haven't had a neck or shoulder ache since we got 'em. When they get mushy, I toss 'em in the dryer for 10-20 minutes, and they are re-pluffed and good to go.

I have hesitated about the My Pillow for a while now because I'm pretty much a natural fiber/materials die-hard. But for the last six months, my neck has been hurting like crazy when I wake up, and I'm getting desperate.

They are spendy; I was skeptical, but took the chance and haven't regretted it.
