So total votes counted election night - Biden 7769 + Trump 4509= 12,278 total presidential votes counted. After the hand count Biden had 5959 + Trumps 9759 = 15718. Hand recount 15,718 - election night count 12,278 = 3440 votes mysteriously missing on election night. How many other counties in the country had votes go missing and who were they for??
