MODS: Please sticky. Patriots.win users could be paying money to a scam, and it could hurt our cause.
Let me preface this by saying I do think the election was stolen, and I do think there is a chance Scorecard+Hammer might exist. I'm pretty sure Mike Lindell is genuine and not knowingly involved in any scam. Most of the allegations and guests he had on his "Absolute Truth" video I actually believe. EXCEPT for Mary Fanning and her spreadsheet. As an IT guy, that thing smells. Anybody can make a spreadsheet, and for that to be what it claims, I'm going to need more information about the source, methods, etc. used to make that spreadsheet. So technically, that's suspect.
BUT, add to that, that Mary Fanning has had this on http://TheAmericanReport.org for a while. That site lists the source as https://blxware.org/, which mentions it has data from Edra Blixseth's Federal and State sources. https://www.electionrecords.com/scorecard/index.html I'm going to set aside the fact that the sites just look highly unprofessional - maybe somebody just slapped them up. But on electionrecords.com, there is a donate button. Donations go to https://givesendgo.com/GXBZ , which lists Dennis Montgomery as the recipient, personally. Here is wikipedia for Dennis Montgomery, which outlines several scams going back to the 90s: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dennis_L._Montgomery
Now, I'm not one to trust wikipedia implicitly. Maybe Dennis has been set up and really in the right in all these scams going back to 1998. OR maybe the easy explanation is true: he's a scammer and is running another scam here. The easy way for him to prove he is legit is to publicly post the data, sources, and methodology used for the claims on his site. Instead we see a video of some map, and video of a spreadsheet and some shitty websites.
IF it is a scam, you know how MSM will spin it. Not just this scam, but also the other claims of fraud will be lumped into a "money making scheme". Dennis will be in jail, Mike will be ridiculed, and that will be that.
Bottom line is I would not pay any money to Dennis Montgomery or believe those particular Mary Fanning claims without way more evidence than what is presented.
Here's the problem with your assessment:
Publishing a 'fake' report like this leaves them open to legal liability. Not only that, I believe Mike would only publish this if he knew it were real. He, most likely, expects this evidence to be authentic and compelling enough to hold up in court. That's clearly his goal, as far as I can tell. Surely, if this information was fake and Mike published it all over the place, that would be a deathblow for his business and credibility. I'm willing to give all of this the benefit of the doubt on those terms.
I’m no lawyer so I don’t know about liability. Look, I hope I’m wrong. I hope Dennis Montgomery really is some NSA operative that stole packet capture data from Nov 3 and is taking donations to summarize it into a rock solid criminal case against Biden. That would be awesome. But there is nothing in theAmericanreport.org, Blxware.org, or electionreports.com, or what info I can find on Dennis Montgomery that gives me a shred of confidence in that outcome.
I think it’s just as likely that Dennis Montgomery is a scammer and Mike - and maybe even Mary - is falling for it.
One way to know for sure is to interview Dennis and ask him for more information about how he got his data, and why we should believe him. I hope someone does that soon.
I just find it kind of odd how you're taking this information about Montgomery as some sort of gospel. Linking a Wikipedia article doesn't really help you, it just links to some source-less news articles with questionable headlines & conflicting information. Upon further investigation, the claims made by these news articles are spotty and limited at best. The Wikipedia page even cites a playboy article that we can't even read. The other, from TheRegister, cites no sources and even contradicts itself in the final paragraph, giving more credibility to Montgomery in my opinion. In fact, with this type of access alleged in the article, it makes even more sense as to how these people could produce these spreadsheets. That's just my two cents; I'm always reluctant to take articles without sources as proof of fact. I just find it interesting these claims about Montgomery didn't result him in prison if they were true. Seems odd to me.
Read my post though. I say that I don't trust wikipedia implicitly. I agree and have thought that lack of prison time for Montgomery is definitely a check in the "could be true" direction. However there also isn't any "win" from those incidents. One of the things that convinced me he's probably a fraud is that Sherrif Joe Arpaio said the evidence - that he paid Mr. Montgomery for in 2015 - was "probably junk". The implication in that article, written in 2015, is that Montgomery pretended to be connected with CIA sources and produced -for money- questionable "evidence" that was dismissed by the person who gathered it- Sherriff Joe (who was a vocal anti-illegal-immigration pro-Trump supporter then). Granted, that's a NYT article, so who the heck knows if it's true or not.
So I am not saying that I know for certain that Montgomery is a fraud. But, if you take the past allegations of fraud - including from pro-Trump Sherriff Joe, and add the fact that this site looks like a con, and that it offers zero evidence besides video of a map and video of a spreadsheet, and that it offers zero explanation of how the data was obtained, etc., and that the donations go to him personally. Well, the most likely explanation is that Montgomery is a fraud. If he's NOT a fraud, he needs a better web designer, and needs to release much more than a video of a spreadsheet and video of lines going between china and US as evidence.
Compare Snowden and Assange. They had similarly explosive evidence, and released it credibly in a way that nobody seriously doubts the content is authentic. Their stories are just so much more believable than Montgomery's IMO.
