The issue is she is in a district that is growing from people moving to the SC coastal area from NY, CA, NJ, etc. Charleston got so expensive that locals can barley afford to move (locally) and most new development is geared to out of state 2nd home or retirement home purchases. Most sandlappers hate this kind of shit.
