Q: What would be the most likely scenario legally speaking "IF" and I know it's a big "IF" at this point because of corruption . But "IF" somehow in the next say year , information comes out through legal proceedings and enough information is discovered with indisputable evidence that the Trump actually won the election .

What would be the likely scenario? Is there a legal case to remove Biden and reinstate Trump? If so would Trumps term begin on the day they reinstate him or just start retroactive on the 20th of Jan?
