I have never borrowed a dollar, never bought a car on credit. I own multiple homes now, and multiple vehicles. Its amazing how much money you have when you dont pay a single penny in interest. Credit is for retards who can't manage their money.
I said to hold onto cash indefinitely?? I just said to pay everything with cash. Say as such I’ve paid for all 4 of houses with cash. And it just keeps increasing. Lol, retards. I get 2% per transaction on my credit card, use it for every purchase, about $50-55k a year. Pay it off every month, so I pay zero in interest and get about $1100/year in “points” back every year, for free, to spend on whatever I want. Guess I’ll just be a retard getting free money. The issue with Cash is that the government and banking institutions made Cash look suspect. When I pay anything with cash especially over 2k the employee automatically thinks I am a drug dealer or doing something wrong. Cash draws red flags because so many idiots are brainwashed. Everyone should read the book "War on Cash"
I used to work for a Russian owned company in the 1990s. These guys were loaded but didn't want people to know. Took my boss to buy a new car, the finance guys at the dealership were trying to sell him a lease, he whipped out 50k or so and said CASH really loud.
