I've been with BOA for like 25 years. (Well more like my bank was either absorbed, merged, etc... but same account for that long) This is enough to finally make me switch.
The question is: Who is the least worst alternative? Maybe Chase?
There is no global bank that doesn't suck the blood of its customers, can you move to a local one?
