Laziness , stupidity and complacency has killed this country. Schools, sports and churches have been feminized. Men have put thier balls up on a rack for video games, sports and porn. Our men are boys and our women have got the men by the balls. Pathetic.

Save 1, every person I have talked to, who is at least somewhat aware of the redpill, doesn't care. They all say that it is for the next Generation to take care of, that the kids can fight. Even respectable and otherwise intelligent people, they won't do anything to preserve freedom and are pawning it off to their kids/grandkids.

People I have met no longer love freedom. They are happy to take free money and obey.

Older people have a limited investment in the future. They have been bombarded with how selfish they are. How materialistic they are. Over time this propaganda takes a toll. I think they should be prepared to kick some ass, but if they have Grandchildren they just don't know what is best.

In the Christian world this is known as the Laodicean church.

I think many Christians just don't worship government the way leftists do. At least those who are more evangelical. Although I admit every catholic in my own family are also democrats; it must be because they are comfortable with a massive central authority controlling their lives. Protestants, in general, don't like any earthly authority at all. Which is probably why this country was founded by mainly protestants I suppose. I also think about the governmental and religious tyranny Jesus lived under while He was here on earth. Brutal Roman occupation of everywhere He walked and the Pharisees controlling God's Law. The government part didn't concern Him as much as the religious error and hypocrisy.

Well put and spot on.

For reference

Revelation 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; Revelation 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. Revelation 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Revelation 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: Revelation 3:18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. Revelation 3:19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Revelation 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. Revelation 3:22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

I had to look this up. What we are seeing now may be the end times. But I was brought up with a faith that said" God helps those that help themselves". Most of the early settlers from Europe had that same back ground and I believe in these trying times it will resurface.

That saying was created by Ben Franklin for his "Poor Richard's Almanac."

Regarding nations, the whole story the Bible tells from beginning to end is of God gifting us with fertile lands, rewarding us when we honor him, and shaking us to the core when we turn away from him and seek satisfaction elsewhere.

George Washington is the greatest example of this imaginable. At every step he sought God and constantly acknowledged him, and both his country and his personal fortunes prospered.

I had to look up the word, but, yes, that does describe most Americans. It's almost like a kind of fatalism, as if they think nothing they can do will make a difference. Lazy or demoralized, I don't know which it is.
