Install **[IPFS Desktop](https://docs.ipfs.io/install/ipfs-desktop/#windows)** 1. Launch **IPFS Desktop** 1. On the **Files** tab, select **Import > From File** 1. In the **Open** dialog, navigate to and then select the file you downloaded: **USCYBERATTACKFRAUD.mp4** 1. Select **Import** 1. Now, in the list of files that you've imported, select the **...** button next to **USCYBERATTACKFRAUD.mp4**, and then select **Pin** to ensure it remains on your system and serving to other clients At this point your computer will become part of the set of machines across the internet making those links available for the rest of us. ## What if those steps didn't work because I couldn't get the file on the first step? 1. Install **[IPFS Desktop](https://docs.ipfs.io/install/ipfs-desktop/#windows)** 1. Launch **IPFS Desktop** 1. On the **Files** tab, select **Import > From IPFS** 1.
