How long can they keep somebody jailed for that? District Attorneys in major cities won't even prosecute burglaries. The antifa bike lock guy got probation. WTF?

its a bit ridiculous, i didn't see any footage of him doing anything but walking around and talking and taking photos. that should be a fine at best
