With someone like her, I think her weakness is exactly what she uses as her strength. Give her enough rope. Her words are her weapon and she's young enough to be proud about it. She also has ZERO experience with anything professional. She talked for a living as a bartender. She's talking for a living now. Her passion will cloud her with hubris.
