This is 3 days old. Our TD/P.win member u/nekroziz has been on the ground all week trying to conduct the audit that was supposed to start Wednesday, and the board is still refusing to turn the ballots over. Please follow his posts for updates, but it hasn't been good. Here is a recent update:
Number one, I just was told- just to explain this quickly- in Arizona, the state treasurer receives the ballots post certification, he requested them as he needed to, he’s basically been sitting there going, “guys, I need the ballots!” The BoS simply told him he won’t be getting them, and wouldn’t even confirm to him where the ballots are, or even if the ballots have been kept. This is another contempt of state law crime by the BoS.
Number two, contempt may be moved up to today.
Lastly, I am getting extremely worrying reports that I cannot reasonably confirm yet if it is 100% true and/or permissible, but am working on, that Pro V&V have taken Dominion hardware off site. I am trying to find their scope- if this is simply permissible for them to do, but it seems extremely alarming if it is true. I will report back on that in a few hours. More meetings again on the docket today, when I should have been auditing election machines for 16 hours by now.
Also, BoS still not caring about contempt charges whatsoever.
Oh I'm sure they care about the contempt charges, but they're stuck between a rock and a hard place - turn the ballots and machines over and be exposed as the treasonous scum they are, or keep obstructing and maybe get away with a slap on the wrist while the evidence disappears.
No, they believe they’re baseless at this point. I don’t know what card they think they have in their sleeve, but we’ll see it soon enough. I worry it’s the AG.

Also, while I’ve heard Jovan has been contacted, I wasn’t aware of him actually being involved. I’ll have to ask Waldron about it.
so why are the state police not raiding the place?
No clue. Everyone's just in a holding pattern there, it seems.
