Rice for sure. Gotta diversify your diet. Buy multivitamins and water filters too.
Dry beans are awesome and easy to reconstitute in 2 hours by boiling. Or faster in a pressure cooker. Also much yummier. I also keep some dry figs, steel cut oats and dehydrated milk. These are honestly good things to just have in bulk in your pantry anyway.
