This was allegedly the plane that is usually used as Air Force 2 which is in fact much smaller than the ones used as AF1 (757 vs 747). Now as to why the "president" is flying AF2, I have no idea. According to the planefags it didn't put out any callsign.
Any Air Force plane that Has POTUS on it is considered “Air Force One”. It obviously looks like they took a much smaller aircraft for that trip, why, I have no idea.

OK, but did you see POTUS on it, all I saw was United...United Airlines? They have the same colors as that plane.
