I’ve seen President Trump fly in the smaller plane also. It’s hard to say if it’s just a regular airforce plane because the picture stops before the bumps on the top of the fuselage start. The bumps house all the communications for the President. It is a bit odd he wouldn’t want to fly on the 747 to show the world he’s arrived and the 46th president.
