Fellow Florida pede! Could you buy an arch support brace? Going barefoot is actually really healthy if you need arch support. Try going totally shoeless for a whole day, doing everything like you usually do, and see how you feel afterwards.

Walking barefoot is GREAT for foot pain. Next time you walk on the treadmill, ditch those New Balance and walk el natural :-)

Same. So what do you need the new balance for?

Are you still wearing New Balance?

I still have mine for when I absolutely have to wear shoes, but I've managed to transition to going barefoot like 90% of the time. Never in a million years thought I could/would do it but these are strange times. Have you been ditching shoes more often too?
