Get a Google pixel and install grapheneOS. Your phone is tracking everything you do and you need to take care of it.

Weird! I wonder if they did the same during the Biden Riots?

Kind of did.

An independent group in Portland months ago set up wifi hotspots everywhere and leaked the entire Portland Antifa network traffic along with names and their communication channels. A lot of it's been scrubbed but this was the only thing I've seen that was archived.

It's their way around the 4th ammendment. The gov can't illegally obtain info but tech can by making loose TOS and user agreements basically saying any data transmitted using their app is their property and they can do with it what they wish

I mean. Duh. I pretty much just assume I’m literally being filmed every time I go outside. By car. Or plane or phone. It doesn’t matter.

No surprise there.

When my young nephew passed, Google had 2-3 minute data in his location from the time he had gotten his phone.

3-4 years worth.

They were tracking them directly too. How was this not obvious?

Sorry for the New York Times link. I can’t remember how to use archive at the moment.
