What they haven’t figured out yet is this new entity still has to conform to Nevada and US Constitutions.

And, there’s no “it’s a private company so...” loophole if it’s a unit of government.

Bring it on. They’re better off staying private and enjoying protection from their corrupt pals in Congress.
