Unfortunately Liveleak is a shell of its former self. All the old Syria stuff is either gone or untagged, and everything public is rated G or PG. There’s allegedly mature content once you have an account, but every time I try to create one I get a database error.

If you want those type of videos then crazyshit is about the only decent place left. They do have everything though, kind of a less-deviant theync.
