The Military does not operate without a plan, period.
The visible activities around DC indicate a large amount of Military activity.
Therefore, there must be a plan,
it would be foolish for anyone with Mike Flynn's seniority to reveal anything during an active operation.
Like he actually going to tell us "the plan".
