You guys realize this article headline is written in bad faith.
The author made the title, and the line early:
"working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information"
It is meant to suck you in as a believer that Biden didn't really win, but then it completely skips over the unconstitutional voting law changes without going through state legislature, and is entirely a propaganda piece on how the elite "cabal" did good things to "ensure the integrity of the election" and "make sure people's voices were heard".
It's a convincing article if you go into it without prior knowledge of all the shady shit that happened. If you show it to normies, they will go away from it buying the overall message of the article (which, if you read it all, is VERY different from the first couple paragraphs).
Tim Pool has a good video breaking down the doublespeak in the article, and I know a lot of people here don't like him, but he does a good job of providing counterpoints to the Time piece:
