I blame women to be honest. They’re so obsessed with “playing nice with others” that they will do whatever someone in a position of power tells them, because being taught to get along has been inculcated into them since birth.
You’re not wrong; also more gullible in my opinion with those emotional responses. But gotta blame men too. Unfortunately, there are a lot of weak men who let themselves get steamrolled by women.

Agreeability is not a good psychological trait in excess. It can become quite toxic when applied as a required norm.
