I work in lancaster county often. Cases (whatever that means) actually just surged to the highest levels in months if not since the beginning. In fact, i got it from a couple of local, ex amish. None of us missed a day of work over it. I’d rate it a mild cold. Its definitely surging because they keep working and doing everything else.
They should be protecting people n the high risk groups rather than worrying about everyone else. People need to get it because what they are calling a vaccine, is actually mrna therapy, it lessens the symptoms, but you still have an active virus inside you. Whether or not you can transmit it remains to be seen, but i would assume you can because they are still saying masks are necessary.
If you are healthy (my late 80s mom had no trouble with it, i would not call her healthy, but she has no comorbidities) you should get it in my opinion. And skip the vaccine. Its not any more effective than the flu shot, and god only knows whats in it.
My wife got it because she works in healthcare, and two weeks later she got covid, a worse case than mine. Just flu like for a day or two. She went to her gyno this week who redpilled her because she went off about how shes not getting it because it was rushed.
