He talks about one of the things I've been talking about for a long time. I always mention how progressives are fooled in to supporting megacorps/monopolies. One of the things I always mention in this vein is regulations. Megacorps love those regulations because it blocks any competitors from rising. No smaller companies can afford the team of employees/lawyers to be compliant with crazy regulation. Megacorps have no problem doing so. So even though it's technically "bad" for them because it costs them money, it's actually way better for them because it crushes competition for them, guaranteeing their market share, thus making them more money in the end.
