They not only removed the goal posts, they took the entire goal post away. How the fuck is an election supposed to be fair when THEY make new rules without consulting the other side to these new rules?? This isn't even about fraud -- this is about changing the way an election is conducted.

But I do see this blatant admission as a big plus. Now Trump can use this article as evidence of the growing conspiracy (the "cabal" to use Time's term) that decided it was within their purview to completely fuck with the election.
