Hey OP, is this the county where they did a hand recount and noticed the votes had flipped?

I'm trying to figure out if the hand recount was due to this report or vice-versa

Im not sure. You know theres so much election fraud datain this big giant mountain pile its hard to keep it straight. Its like my kids toybox, you can reach inside and get a toy but you arent sure which one.
