It looks like Biden is saying "I don't give a shit about you and your not as valuable as we are so lets promote and start killing you poor folk again. Don't worry, if you come to America I will put one up in your neighborhood. Biden is hoping to go full China CCP rule with mothers throwing female babies over cliffs because they would kill them anyway.

Living in Mexico City here. Mexicans as whole (the ones I spoke with) are finding it strange the US is willing to pay for abortions here. It's not exactly something that is supported in Mexico (the killing of babies) so people here are 50/50. They would rather the money be spent on better health care and educating kids on safe sex.
