this is called anarcho-tyranny...where govt enforces law selectively or not at all..

in regards to the cellphones....people ..have you not realized that the govt can watch your every move?....have you not realized that when you visit a store, soon after your phone will ask you "did you enjoy your shopping at...."?.....and your cars...most cars have these transponders that if they wanted to, the govt can find you anytime they want.....they can track all your debit cards and your credit cards....
