The Democrats rig the system so African Americans can get away with murder and the end result is a perpetuation of stereotypes that will last longer than the effects of the riots. They use them to do their dirty work and the elites benefit. No trickle down down effect and it will only get worse. Every four years the race hustlers get their payday and the poor remain poor.
