Hold up. HIV is perfectly treatable and has been for a long time. On the other hand, people who need BMTs will DIE without them. So who goes first?

this would probably work for every form of virus in the world in fact, and immunity is an immunity, genetically modifying a branch for an immunity is actually pretty worth it when in contrast to shitty vaccines we can't trust, we'd know would organically be programmed to actually work
