The chamber of commerce is shit. I was once a member till I realized they only existed to help my competitors weasel out of accountability for hiring illegal aliens as workers. The COC is the sole reason hiring a Mexican became a thing

Moved back to Texas 20 years ago. COC said I would get a 15% raise with pictures of white people doing construction in their add book. Took a 15% paycut, and a 300% increase in auto insurance.
