We’ve got to keep dropping reminders that aiding and abetting our abusers is enabling them. Maybe some tutorials about archiving/ screenshooting links should be made available somewhere on the site?

I have pleaded with everyone I know who still uses FB, Twatter, etc, to get off of it. The response is almost always the same, "I just use it to look at my friends pictures and stuff", or, "I just keep up with family on it". Shut that damned shit down, you idiots!

I got my mom setup on Gab and Brave/DuckDuckGo today. I told my dental hygienist about Brave and non Google search engines on Wednesday. I will keep working on my small sphere! We must reduce their over sized influence.
Chromium is an open source code. Brave use the bare bones of chromium code as a base, then developed their own platform on top (as do many others). Brave's source code is NOT coded to use the Google sync server and therefore does not share personal data (or sites visited) with Chrome (Google).

We need a silent secession from everything supporting evil, ie. leftists/Socialist/Communist/Globalist. I discovered my law firm and accounting firm heavily supported Joe Biden, didn't give a penny to Trump and both those firms are on the way OUT of my company.
I honestly don't know what to do for Email. I've had my Gmail account for many years (maybe around 11 years now) so it's very hard for me to quit.
I created a ProtonMail account but I haven't really done anything with it yet. I've seen a ton of people on here being concerned with ProtonMail so idk what to do. Idk how to get my emails from Gmail to Protonmail anyways...

I'm with you on the skepticism over its security, but at the end of the day it's better than being on gmail.
gmx is a fantastic service! they even have phone apps :) ive been using gmx for YEARS. very secure too!

i'm on gab and appreciative of what he's done, but be wary of giving one person as much power as he's beginning to have.
maybe ill start my computer company up again, and instead of doing computer repair and maintenance, maybe ill start building computers with linux on it, and doing other stuff hmm....and combat this big tech takeover. and make physical data backup centers where you can go and store your information. kind of like storage centers, but for personal information
