I think Rudy took the case, got in over his head, and refused to give up the lead out of pride. He's always had the evidence and yet he failed to force his case into any court. If he was in his prime, Trump is in the White House right now, but the "behind the scenes" info coming out makes it seem like Rudy has no ability to grasp the technological depth of the steal.

The machines switching votes—or rather, people using the machines to mass-adjudicate and switch vote as well as using satellites and algorithms to change totals—was not a focus. Giuliani didn’t put it in any lawsuits. None of the main campaign lawyers (Rudy, Jenna, Boris) discussed it on the press circuit.

Everything you listed was discussed, and was the focus.

The switching of votes was not bullshit, also. Why are you using such strong language, as if you’re not even on our side?

She still has cases pending in front of the Supreme Court. I think she was in over her head in the technical side but I think she’s on the right track.

They thought it was software and algorithms but it was really the mass adjudication and error rates that gave humans the ability to cheat. Was that dominion or US politicians?

I think we still have a ways to go in figure it out what people and companies were involved using humans or software with the adjudication process.

Sidney powell was never working for the Trump team. See for yourself

SHe said so herself. Rudy said so also, and was misunderstood as attacking her. The media misreported everything

Have you read the posts by Patrick Byrne on https://www.deepcapture.com ? If you haven't, give it a read. If you have, then you're off the mark.

those 4 posts by Pat should be stickied. A sobering look at how bad things were behind the scenes.

What has he said that has actually be verified?

He appeared, claimed insider knowledge and then dished dirt on the "meeting". Didn't he even offer cash rewards? It sounds like his own fan fiction. He basically disses all the main proponents. I am not convinced he's really out to help Donald Trump. The approach is similar to all the people who went on to write books and give "exclusives" about how 'volatile' Trump's White House was.

I don't think Patrick Byrne can be trusted.

His account is the most realistic of all the ones I've heard so far. None of it involves any Qanon larp shit, trust the plan, yada yada.

It just shows that Trump.. a POTUS with no prior government experience.. had no idea how to effectively fight the government with his advisors. Nothing about this is a slight to Trump because he was elected precisely for not being a career politician.

Byrne's account also highlights what I thought was the case with Giuliani the entire time.. a man way past his prime who used stupid boomercon attack angles in a digital battle.

I think the voting machines were the "silver bullet" that, common to all states, would flip them all with the same case. Otherwise, you'd be tied up to the minutia of X in state 1, Y in state 2 and Z in state 3, and trying to coordinate them all.

But without real judges, what's the point?

Who knows? There are so many stories swirling around that we don't know if Powell was even given any ability by Trump to do anything even if she had a case/plan.

All I want to know is: What exactly was the KRAKEN?

7
BadManOrange 7 points ago +7 / -0

If there was a Kraken, it was likely using the EO on foreign interference. Based on Patrick Byrne's story (if true), that was his, Powell, and Flynn's plan. Trump agreed to it, but then seemed to rescind, likely due to his own legal council's advise.
