He fucking ruined our chance to stop the steal due to his drinking and utter disorganization. How could he decide not to argue fraud in court? This was out of his league.

22
Republic_or_Nothing 22 points ago +23 / -1

You don't know what actually happened do you? Not a single judge allowed him to argue evidence. He never had a chance because judges in those shit hole states are political hacks.

Not just the judges - Biden hired hundreds of lawyers to ensure they would get cases tossed and run out the clock. One of my friends' brother-in-law was one of those scumbag Biden campaign lawyers.

I'm saying a better attorney who wasnt drunk all the time and who did not assemble a completely disorganized team could have forced a court to hear evidence or a legislature to do something. When the evidence is that glaring, such a massive failure is to be partly blamed on the top attorney and trump himself. Read "how djt lost the whitehouse."

7
Knowbody 7 points ago +7 / -0

could have forced a court to hear evidence or a legislature to do something.

You can't force a corrupt judge to hear evidence through legal means. Even if you're the best lawyer in the world, making perfect arguments with airtight evidence.
It's like trying to teach basic economics to a socialist. They simply won't listen.

Rudy is not a drunk. And he has done more to get this evidence out to the People than anybody else, without relying on "krakens" or "Q" or any other bullshit that distracted everybody from reality.

What the fuck have YOU done, Mr. Sober all the time?

3
ghost_of_aswartz 3 points ago +3 / -0

What is this "Drunk all the time"

What evidence do you have of this? Giuliani ran a podcast and seemed dead sober to me, and even more lucid than most people even 50 yrs younger than him and certainly he's in the 99th percentile of people his age for being able to explain complex legal issues

49
yukondave 49 points ago +51 / -2

How do you figure? Senile old man submits evidence of a crime. Judges say you don't have standing. That make Rudy senile? That is some stupid shit.

Senile old man shows up with laptop and evidence of crimes. FBI picked up laptop in December of 2019. All law enforcement is quite that they had it or that it was legitimate and no judge will see the case and DOJ and FBI did not acknowledge it for the longest time until media spun up the story that it was Russian disinformation. To you Problem is senile old man? WTF???

Now if you looked at any of his evidence that he has presented and said this is not accurate you might be on to something.

-17
MAGA_Guy78 -17 points ago +14 / -31

Rudy has made promise after promise for six months and has never delivered. The election was stolen, yes. Those that promised us evidence failed. Rudy prominently. I love the downvotes from people who still think Trump will regain the presidency.

Edit: qanon people are literally insane and dumbfucks

26
yukondave 26 points ago +27 / -1

Rudy has promised and courts, the FBI, DOJ all have not delivered on what they are supposed to do with such evidence. This is the crime now. The FBI made a public statement that the election was good and found no evidence. The white house the next day, written by Rudy said no one from the FBI even contacted the white house or him or spoken to any of the 5,000 affiants.

Yet you put that on Rudy as failure? That is insane thinking.

Remember that they declassified a mountain of evidence that clearly now shows the entire investigation into Trump being a RUSSIAN SPY for PUTIN, was in fact a Coup. Must be Rudy again falling down on the job right?

13

115

They're making us watch it too. We have all the power, and we're sitting around with our pricks in our hands letting them destroy us.

We deserve every second of our inaction.

To further the Batman analogy. Bruce climbed his way out of that pit. When do we finally 'rise up?'

31
seektruth2021 31 points ago +31 / -0

Exactly. I heard nothing from the DOJ, or FBI, investigating any of these allegations or the Project Veritas one from Minnesota (ballot harvesting/buying in Ilhan Omar's district I believe.)

Without actual law enforcement on their side, and the justice system not wanting to touch any case that potentially could overturn ANY election, let alone the Presidential election, it was a hard uphill battle.

11
HockeyMom4Trump 11 points ago +11 / -0

Yes, nothing was ever done in MN...even our local news did not bother to investigate the story and go into. Weird, huh? You would think there would be some interest.

8
pmyourcovfefes 8 points ago +8 / -0

Same here in NC. Can ANYONE tell me how, in the polarized society that we’re in, NC voted Republican for the President, Senate, and Lieutenant Governor but in all our wisdom kept a Democrat Governor?

It makes no sense!

2
HockeyMom4Trump 2 points ago +2 / -0

Totally agree! I don't believe Roy Cooper won NC. That was sketchy. They announced Cooper, but supposedly were still counting votes and had not announced Trump? Weird. God bless NC. It is one of my favorite places (my family is from NC and I used to live there) and

2
pmyourcovfefes 2 points ago +2 / -0

You’re leaving me on a cliffhanger here with your last sentence 😂

In 2016 they “found” votes for Cooper in Raleigh as well. This voter fraud has been going on for a long time.

Every time I’ve voted in my county it was on a machine 🤔 but I’d get a printout. In 2020 I did not get one and asked for it. They told me there was no printout. I thought it was weird and asked a coworker who is solid maga and she said she never got one however she’s in a different (very red) county vs my blue county. My daughter said her future MIL checked vote status and it showed she didn’t vote even though she did.

Until all this voter fraud information came to head in 2020 I didn’t realize counties have different voting methods. We were also redistricted to a Democrat representative this election so while there were questionable things on Election Day it doesn’t surprise me now that my vote and my daughters vote was probably erased through whatever machine they used.

1
HockeyMom4Trump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, poor NC. They are trying their best to destroy it. I am in MN (for hockey) and I pray NC never gets as insane as this state. Minneapolis is a mess. It looks like a Third World country war zone and currently it is below zero outside. It is like living in a freezer. I can’t wait to move!

Millions of people thought the Supreme Court would at least hear the Texas case, even if they didn't rule in Trump's favor, but to dismiss even hearing it blindsided everyone, myself included. After that I think it became clear to anyone being real with themselves that our government is thoroughly and irredeemably corrupted.

9
WisestGuru93 9 points ago +10 / -1

Well there is too much going on behind the curtains for me to make up exactly why that happened as of now.

Did Chinese spies threatened the lives and families of some of the judges?

Where the judges part of the swamp from the beginning?

Did Trump have a master plan in which the judges were in to help him set the stage for the democrats to "successfully" steal the election only to be overturned with a properly filed case a few months later (in which case Trump would trade a few months of presidency to completely expose gov corruption worldwide forever). Where the judges simply idiots/cowards? There is too much going on.

9
pmyourcovfefes 9 points ago +9 / -0

Yes the judges were part of the swamp. Thomas and Alito wanted to hear the arguments, but I recall said they’d provide no relief or findings? (Someone correct next if I’m wrong please). Everyone else declined to hear it.

These judges attend the same parties as the rest of the DC swamp.

The centralized federal government doesn’t like this solution but the offices should be spread throughout the country , not all in DC where they cozily discuss how many trillions of dollars we’ll send to other countries for covid relief over a nice dinner that our taxes pay for on a per diem basis because of course on a $175,000 salary you can’t afford your food. I wonder if the Congress critters get counted into the numbers of people who can’t afford their next meal so that they get food stamps. It wouldn’t shock me.

But hey I’m buying a steak and some chicken each week with fresh veggies and some potatoes as meals. I guess it’s good we got some people to clean out the pricey seafood and buy volumes of Packaged food and soda which I’m sure will have a positive effect on the children consuming my tax dollars.

Years ago I saw a mom with kids paying at the grocery store. Her kid had the letterman jacket from the high school. My kid cheered and they weren’t cheap. But the mom paid with a food stamp card.

2
anon1011101 2 points ago +2 / -0

The judges are half of the equation, the other half are the election lawyers that Biden hired to swarm every swing state and stall all the lawsuits from the Trump team

1
ActualAdult 1 point ago +1 / -0

. Her kid had the letterman jacket from the high school. My kid cheered and they weren’t cheap. But the mom paid with a food stamp card.

I wouldn't read too much into that. I can't give my friend money, it would be a brutal insult to her. I can however buy a gift for her children, e.g. an expensive jacket that she just can't afford herself.

All of you that have been through a corrupt judicial system speak up, if not sit down and hold your smears against the good guys. You have no clue how corrupt the system is. You watched the President of the United States of America get framed, smeared run through false investigation after investigation for four years, through proven corrupt DOJ/ CIA/ FBI and some courts refused to hear about election fraud . Never in history has corruption infiltrated every level of our government. POS Pelosi is trying to fraudulently impeach Trump for the second time. WAKE UP! It’s not bad representation it’s coordinated and widespread corruption

19
KittyCat 19 points ago +19 / -0

It's absolutely more widespread than most people have a clue. For most of us it's also at state and local levels too. Until you experience it you don't understand. Luckily I lived in a very red county in a "blue" controlled state and my jurors saw it was bullshit and brought back a verdict of not guilty. I think Rudy took the case, got in over his head, and refused to give up the lead out of pride. He's always had the evidence and yet he failed to force his case into any court. If he was in his prime, Trump is in the White House right now, but the "behind the scenes" info coming out makes it seem like Rudy has no ability to grasp the technological depth of the steal.

The machines switching votes—or rather, people using the machines to mass-adjudicate and switch vote as well as using satellites and algorithms to change totals—was not a focus. Giuliani didn’t put it in any lawsuits. None of the main campaign lawyers (Rudy, Jenna, Boris) discussed it on the press circuit.

Everything you listed was discussed, and was the focus.

The switching of votes was not bullshit, also. Why are you using such strong language, as if you’re not even on our side?

She still has cases pending in front of the Supreme Court. I think she was in over her head in the technical side but I think she’s on the right track.

They thought it was software and algorithms but it was really the mass adjudication and error rates that gave humans the ability to cheat. Was that dominion or US politicians?

I think we still have a ways to go in figure it out what people and companies were involved using humans or software with the adjudication process.

those 4 posts by Pat should be stickied. A sobering look at how bad things were behind the scenes.

2
streakybacon 2 points ago +3 / -1

What has he said that has actually be verified?

He appeared, claimed insider knowledge and then dished dirt on the "meeting". Didn't he even offer cash rewards? It sounds like his own fan fiction. He basically disses all the main proponents. I am not convinced he's really out to help Donald Trump. The approach is similar to all the people who went on to write books and give "exclusives" about how 'volatile' Trump's White House was.

3
infojunkie07 3 points ago +3 / -0

whos going to verify it? The people who backstabbed Trump? Yes he does use falir in his accounts, but things do line up with what unravelled. All that build up and finally a speech after a long delay and "go home".

And the so call proponents all failed anyway. I think by Jan 6 Turmp realized Pence was in on it too.

1
streakybacon 1 point ago +2 / -1

I don't think Patrick Byrne can be trusted.

5
NihilistCaregiver 5 points ago +6 / -1

His account is the most realistic of all the ones I've heard so far. None of it involves any Qanon larp shit, trust the plan, yada yada.

It just shows that Trump.. a POTUS with no prior government experience.. had no idea how to effectively fight the government with his advisors. Nothing about this is a slight to Trump because he was elected precisely for not being a career politician.

Byrne's account also highlights what I thought was the case with Giuliani the entire time.. a man way past his prime who used stupid boomercon attack angles in a digital battle.

1
themightykekfish 1 point ago +1 / -0

That was what I extrapolated too.

Rudy was a fuckup. He wanted to be on tv and pimp his podcast. He cares about his prestige and politics.

Also that Trump was throughly isolated in the White House they had him under decision making lock and key essentially.

6
Shalomtoyou 6 points ago +7 / -1

I think the voting machines were the "silver bullet" that, common to all states, would flip them all with the same case. Otherwise, you'd be tied up to the minutia of X in state 1, Y in state 2 and Z in state 3, and trying to coordinate them all.

But without real judges, what's the point?

6
BadManOrange 6 points ago +6 / -0

Who knows? There are so many stories swirling around that we don't know if Powell was even given any ability by Trump to do anything even if she had a case/plan.

5
Ophelia 5 points ago +7 / -2

All I want to know is: What exactly was the KRAKEN?

7
BadManOrange 7 points ago +7 / -0

If there was a Kraken, it was likely using the EO on foreign interference. Based on Patrick Byrne's story (if true), that was his, Powell, and Flynn's plan. Trump agreed to it, but then seemed to rescind, likely due to his own legal council's advise.

Trump supporters need to place the blame on Trumps entire legal team and Trumps choice of them. They had a job to do, they didnt get it done. They went up against a brick wall (the court system) they needed an incredible hulk to smash through it. They failed. Trump appointed how many federal judges and they couldn't even get the evidence heard. Judges that didn't accept the cases should have been removed from their jobs

4
Frog_Anne 4 points ago +4 / -0

A good part of that blame needs to go on people like those Lincoln Coalition or whatever they call themselves who threatened Trump's original lawyers until they dropped the cases.

The extent of the corruption is just breathtaking. We all know DC is corrupt, and we know places like Chicago and Philly are corrupt, but who knew they could commit obvious fraud in 5 different states and not a single court or legislature would touch it? It's totally insane. Is it pure greed? Have they been threatened?

Crazy to think the mob was small potatoes compared to this vast conspiracy or global organized crime.

canigetawutwut 6 points ago +10 / -4

what if the plan was to let the people see how bad a biden harris admin would look and feel, garnering more trump support than ever and completely dismantling the left forevermore

8
ministry_of_truth 8 points ago +11 / -3

No. What a delightfully retarded take. I don’t want to hear any mention of any “plan” ever again.

This take is literally the “You are here -> Biden gets inaugurated, but this needed to happen because this is 5D chess from Trump’s team” meme

1
themightykekfish 1 point ago +1 / -0

Shut up and trust the plan fren.

1
ghost_of_aswartz 1 point ago +1 / -0

Why would this "plan" cause less harm and suffering than

  1. releasing all the information in 2019 / 2020 and stopping this nonsense?

  2. declaring insurrection act, legally, because you have proof of foreign interference and that is in the report by ODNI, using the vast might of the military to go around, arrest every single person in ANTIFA and BLM and BOOGALOO and PROUD BOYS and CAPITOL INSURRECTIONISTS and then detaining them until you sort out their crimes; simultaneiously arresting 50,000 politicians and media, taking over the media, putting in your own people to explain the whole thing?

Explain how putting people through this is better than 1 or 2?

The left don't have guns mostly, and they are whiny bitches who believe the media. Thats why if you take over the media, they will only complain for 3 days and then they will believe everything you say again. That's how it works. They don't question things. They don't produce culture. They download culture

canigetawutwut 1 point ago +1 / -0

i cant explain any of it. thata why i posed it as a question. the only thing i understand anymore is god's law, common law, the U.S Constitution. no taxation without representation amd my freedom to life liberty and happiness. any one trying to take that from me is in violation and i am within my right to stand my ground and not be cucked.

Let’s not let Jenna Ellis off the hook, either. Rudy may have been over his skis, but Ellis was far too nice to ever accomplish anything, in a case like this.

6
Harper42190 6 points ago +7 / -1

She's an unaccomplished lawyer....let's not forget that.

5
TraumaHotel 5 points ago +6 / -1

It does take longer to prove a fraud case according to Sidney Powell. More and more pieces coming together everyday.

5
Spermythecat 5 points ago +5 / -0

Then drop the evidence. I wanna see people go to jail.

3
BotFlyPenis 3 points ago +5 / -2

He needs to stop drinking and lose some of that unwarranted pride.

3
Hades440 3 points ago +3 / -0

THEN DO SOMETHING! FOR FUCKS SAKE!

3
Gaming 3 points ago +4 / -1

What evidence? Exactly! Most moderates I talk to say Trump lost because of the way he handled covid. Don't hate on me im just telling you like it is. The number one thing on peoples minds was he screwed up covid. Mosy the down playing it. My work allows me to talk to tons of people in liberal areas and thats the word.

Bringbackthedon 3 points ago +5 / -2

Fuck this grifter. He had until Jan 20th and failed.

3
DaveMastor 3 points ago +3 / -0

Ah yes, blaming the lawyers, and not the courts who wouldn't hear any cases, or the government which was in on it. Bringbackthedon here with the big brain takes.

Declare the stolen 2020 election to be a WAR CRIME / CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY / Crime of aggression (occupation by false *Biden Regime) and take the issue to THE HAGUE

2
Rockhad10 2 points ago +3 / -1

Rudy, I applaud your effort. But saying these things while being on national TV, while sweating profusely with hair dye running down your face with a 90% bald head. It just doesn't make selling the truth very easy.

2
DeadRepublic 2 points ago +2 / -0

I miss Rudy. Wish he would get on GAB.

2
WacoKid90 2 points ago +2 / -0

Evidence means nothing without action. If you had this while you had the power to act ..... you let everyone down imo

2
Mozart_K231 2 points ago +2 / -0

...and no judges will hear it.

To be honest, they don’t even need Dominion anymore. They can just truck in fake ballots.

I wouldn’t be half surprised if some of the Republican judges who sat on their asses, now actually go after Dominion, and find there was fraud. Because, why not? Dominion is no longer needed for “the cheat.” These people can be thrown under the bus and the fraud will be “taken care of.”

1
weltallic 1 point ago +3 / -2

Talk is cheap.

DO SOMETHING, or stop acting like the GOP enjoying being the minority where they get to promise everything and deliver nothing.

1
LLegendary 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's almost as if we are dealing with something more powerful....like George CIAros.....the clowns in america and the commie clown parade.

Crooked Government: “We’re not the Mafia.”

1
BoughtByBloomberg2 1 point ago +2 / -1

Badass quote. But also makes no sense. So he put away the family on half the evidence? Or did he put them away with 0% of the evidence?

1
jrgreen73 1 point ago +1 / -0

Then fucking bring it.

What do you call a person who makes endless claims about what they have and never delivers the goods?

1
GameStonks 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's great, now fucking do something with it other than grandstand

1
Licensetomeme 1 point ago +1 / -0

Surely he means 120%ish, like in some counties.

0
j4ckp0t 0 points ago +1 / -1

Today 5 criminal families were released. It's clear the evidence had no standing.

Cmon Rudy, you had your go... and embarrassed yourself... give someone else a go!!!

How are people still giving this idiot airtime? Giuliani is one of the reasons, if not sole reason, Trump LOST the Stop the Steal and possibly even the election. He's old and actually demented.

1
ghost_of_aswartz 1 point ago +1 / -0

Giuliani is not demented. Your (not)president is demented

1
Jojotherab 1 point ago +1 / -0

Lol. Are there libs here really defending this moron now?

0
Rockhad10 0 points ago +1 / -1

We still have God.

-1
otistoole -1 points ago +2 / -3

Then what are you gonna do about it you Guinea fuck?

1
ghost_of_aswartz 1 point ago +1 / -0

party of projection.

go back to reddit, topmind

-1
Grief -1 points ago +1 / -2

And he's such a bad lawyer he couldn't do anything with it. Such a shame.

-1
jrgreen73 -1 points ago +3 / -4

Rudy was a DA when he put people away.

Now he is just some guy.

1
ghost_of_aswartz 1 point ago +1 / -0

He did more for this country than you'll ever do

1
jrgreen73 1 point ago +1 / -0

My comment was not mean as a critique. It was meant as a statement of fact. Charges are filed by DAs and AGs. Rudy is neither.

-2
Pierre_Delectoes -2 points ago +1 / -3
