The end result is that whoever gets hired to teach math (for example) usually doesn’t have a math degree OR any job experience where math is used. It’s usually a woman who has never done anything outside of teach kids and only has a degree in “education”.
Probably speaking out of school but I recall Reagan as POTUS he crushed the economy of Jimmy Carter, air traffic controller unions went on strike and Reagan fired 11000 union workers who had ignored his mandates to go back to work. Non union workers were joined by military to main vacant posts, air travel was quickly restored Thanks to military!
But teachers send homework so parents can do the teaching for them leaving more time for liberal activities in the classroom.
So no college degree required just a honest desire to educate and encourage children.

We need old retired teachers maybe, not indoctrinated college grads, that don't know anything.
