No reason why there should be so many bureaucratic hurdles to become a teacher. Lots of unemployed college grads would love these jobs. Time to fire teachers who don’t want to come to work and hire those who actually want to be there.

But teachers send homework so parents can do the teaching for them leaving more time for liberal activities in the classroom. So no college degree required just a honest desire to educate and encourage children. What we have now is indoctrination and humiliation.
