A bracelet is extremely circumstantial evidence. For all we know many Capitol Police own the exact same bracelet. That is the only "tie" or "evidence" we have. Otherwise all we have are baseless rumors of who this person was, all of which contradict each other.....some of these rumors were no doubt planted on purpose to confuse.
